Quality Control

Our Quality Control is based around our Sheffield Discovery II Coordinate Measuring Machine. The CMM has measuring range of 20" x 36" x 16". It can maintain up to 2.5 micron repeatability and 10 micron volumetric accuracy. PC-DMIS, the inspection software on our CMM, is the most widely used inspection software. Reports of inspections are available ensure quality parts.

Other items used in our inspection process include an 18" x 24" granite inspection table, Mitutoyo Borematic Digital Bore gauge, Brown & Sharpe Hite-icator height gauge along with several calipers and micrometers.
